Daberni.ai does not directly charge customers for services unless stated otherwise. However, we maintain these general refund standards to promote fairness and transparency.

2. Refunds for Services

If you paid a service provider directly (outside Daberni.ai):

•Refunds must be requested from the service provider according to their stated terms.

•Daberni.ai is not responsible for enforcing or issuing refunds for third-party transactions.

If you paid through Daberni.ai’s platform (in the event that online payment processing is available):

•Full refunds will be issued for services canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

•Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations within 24 hours, depending on the service provider’s policy.

•No refunds will be issued for completed or no-show appointments unless the provider fails to deliver the service as agreed.

3. Provider-Initiated Refunds

If a service provider cancels or fails to complete a booked service:

•The provider must issue a full refund to the customer.

•If payment was processed through Daberni.ai, our team will coordinate the refund on the provider’s behalf.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees may not be refundable, including:

•Promotional or advertising fees for service providers

•Subscription or membership plans for premium listings

•Administrative or transaction processing fees

5. Processing Time

•Refunds approved by Daberni.ai or by the service provider will typically be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

•In some cases, additional time may be required by your bank or payment processor.

6. Disputes

If a refund or service dispute cannot be resolved directly between a customer and service provider, Daberni.ai may, at its discretion, assist with mediation.

However, Daberni.ai is not liable for service quality, provider performance, or disputes arising from third-party agreements.

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Service after changes means you agree to the updated policy.
